Institutional Partnerships
Institutional Partnerships
The Forum works with universities, research organisations, scholarly infrastructures, academic networks and organisations whose activities connect with the transformation of research systems.
Collaboration can take different forms, including academic co-organisation, institutional partnership, infrastructure participation and event support. Roles are identified publicly so that scientific governance, academic collaboration and sponsorship remain distinguishable.

Collaboration is defined by role, not by a generic partner label.
The Forum distinguishes academic co-organisation, specialist academic partnership, institutional participation and event support. Each confirmed relationship should state what the organisation contributes and what responsibilities remain outside that role.
Different forms of institutional engagement.
Academic Host / Scientific Co-organiser
Edition-level collaboration around academic hosting, scientific development and the practical conditions for convening the Forum.
Specialist academic cooperation
A defined contribution connected to a scientific, regional, linguistic or institutional area relevant to the Forum.
Universities, networks & infrastructures
Collaboration with organisations whose work connects directly with research-system transformation and the Forum community.
Transparent support relationships
Where event or commercial support exists, it is identified separately and does not determine scientific review, acceptance or programme decisions.
Roles should remain legible to participants.
Scientific governance is separate from partnership and sponsorship.
Confirmed organisations are presented under the role they actually hold.
Logo placement does not imply scientific endorsement beyond the published relationship.
Programme and review decisions remain subject to the Forum's scientific-governance arrangements.
