Governance
Institutional and Scientific Governance
The European Forum on Research Systems is founded and organised by Scientia International. Each edition can be developed in scientific co-organisation with a host university and supported by an International Scientific Committee responsible for scientific review, programme curation and quality standards.
CLAEC participates as Academic Partner in areas related to multilingualism, knowledge diversity, Global South cooperation and Europe-Latin America relations. Institutional partners and sponsors are identified separately from scientific governance, and commercial support does not determine the scientific assessment of contributions.
Executive direction, scientific oversight and institutional partnership are distinct responsibilities.
The Forum separates organisational decision-making from independent scientific governance and from partnership or sponsorship relationships. Public pages identify these roles separately so that responsibility and potential conflicts remain visible.
Two committees with different mandates.
Executive Committee
Supports the institutional development, organisational coordination, partnerships and long-term continuity of the Forum. Executive responsibility does not substitute for independent scientific review or programme curation.

Founding organisation and institutional continuity of the Forum.
The host role is published when formally confirmed and is distinct from the permanent Forum.
Academic partners contribute within a defined area of cooperation without replacing the responsibilities of the governance bodies.
Institutional partnerships and sponsorship do not determine scientific acceptance, review or programme decisions.
