Governance
The 2027 edition distinguishes executive governance from independent scientific governance. Both are public accountability structures, but they carry different responsibilities and are presented separately.
Executive direction and scientific oversight are not the same function.
The Executive Committee supports institutional development, organisation, partnerships and long-term continuity. The International Scientific Committee supports scholarly quality, review and programme curation. Academic hosts, partners and sponsors are identified separately so that these responsibilities remain transparent.
Executive Committee
Executive governance responsible for the institutional development, organisational coordination, partnerships and long-term continuity of the Forum.
International Scientific Committee
Independent scientific governance supporting scholarly quality, review, programme curation, disciplinary breadth and scientific integrity.
Appointments to the International Scientific Committee will be published progressively after confirmation and editorial review.
