Venue & Travel
The city, Academic Host and venue for the inaugural edition have not yet been formally confirmed. Participants should not make non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements on the basis of provisional information.
Once the Academic Host and venue are confirmed, this page will provide the practical information needed to plan an accessible and efficient visit to the Forum.
Information that will be published here
Campus & room access
Official venue name, full address, campus map, entrance guidance, registration point and any building-specific access instructions.
Accessible participation
Step-free access, lifts, accessible toilets, seating information and the process for requesting individual access or communication support.
Rail, air & local transport
Practical routes from major transport hubs, public transport options and realistic transfer guidance to the venue.
Accommodation guidance
Reference areas and accommodation information selected for proximity, transport access and different budget ranges. Any negotiated rates will be clearly identified if available.
Visa & invitation information
Where applicable, the Forum will explain the procedure for requesting participation or invitation documentation after registration conditions are defined.
Practical stay
Local transport, useful services, climate guidance where relevant, and other information needed for a short academic visit.
Travel planning principle
The Forum will distinguish clearly between officially confirmed information and third-party suggestions. Participants remain responsible for their own travel and accommodation bookings unless a specific arrangement is explicitly published by the Forum or Academic Host.
Questions before publication
General participation and accessibility enquiries can be sent to the Forum Secretariat. Venue-specific questions may only be answerable after the Academic Host and location are formally confirmed.
